Irregular bleeding after a miscarriage

Q: Alhamdulillah, we have a 2 year old child. My wife had a Miscarriage almost 10 months back, now she is facing menses day problem so need your kind advise for Ramadan fasting.

  1. Two months back, she found little spot of dirty water (or may be blood) for first 5-6 days and then she faced full menses for another 5-6 days and then again little spot of dirty water for 5-6 days so the total duration was 15-17 days. She wasn’t performing any sort of religious obligation in that duration.
  2. Now the same case is going to start, she is finding little spot of dirty water for last 2 days, please let us know if she observe fasting if not then when she can get started.

Trimming the moustache

Q: I would like to know whether it is permissible to trim the moustache if I don't have a full 1 fist beard yet, but my beard is in the initial growing stages (I do have little hair on the 2 sides and on my chin). If it's not permissible and I have already trimmed it before and now it grows faster and thicker so should I trim it?

Reciting the Kalimah at the time of Death

Q: My father passed away about one year ago there is something that is worrying me and I am a bit concerned. I am worried and concerned if my father read kalimah at the time of his death because he was alone in his room he passed away while resting an Aalim from our local musjid told me if he had perspiration on his head its a good sign we did notice perspiration on his head please advise me is this just a ploy of shaitaan putting doubt in me or is there something I can do to put my mind at ease that my father did read kalimah at the time of his death my father used to read his salaah, quraan, and 100 Duroods.

Kaffarah

Q: I read on Islamiqa that a kaffara is only due on a broken fast, if the fast was broken due to sexual intercourse, there is no need for kaffara. If the fast was broken due to delebretly eating or drinking, only qadha is necessary. Is this right?

Obeying one's parents

Q: I am 18 years old. Till today I don't have knowledge of shariat and what are kabeera and sageera gunah. I came to know a little about this 5 month ago when some of tablighi jamaat members contacted me and taught me about I slam and sunnat and now I offer prayers also. My family is far from shariat and sunnat. Although all of us pray 5 times a day and also recite holy quraan but none of us acts on sunnat and  we are not aware of what life our prophet (Sallalalahu Alayhi Wasallam) led and which a'maal will lead us to jahannum and which to jaanat and even if we are aware of it we don't practice it in our life. I try to lead an Islamic life and also had grown a sunnat beard and also wear topee and avoid jeans and tight and fashionable dress but my family says that you have much life to practice these things. But for now just concentrate on your studies. Recently I got selected in mbbs entrance exam but I am not happy with my life because I want to devote my whole life to Islam so that I can practice Islam myself and also spread it to others. The problem is that my parents and whole family is against It. They don't want me to leave worldly studies and go for Islamic studies but if I did not get islamic studies and complete my goal then I am afraid of getting stressed and mad. Kindly guide me as soon as possible.

Having a casual relationship with a non-Muslim woman

Q: We travel in a combi home and throughout the fasting month break our fast on the road. The van consists of 5 Muslims who have a turn each to purchase the iftar meals. We also buy for a non-muslim friend and because we include her she also wants to have a turn to buy for us. Whenever it is her turn she gives us the money to buy the eats. I would just like find out if this is permissible?
