Appointing a wakeel on behalf of the girl

Q:

1. Person A tells person B, “I will appoint a wakeel on behalf of you who will marry you to me”. Person A agrees. Later the wakeel marries person A with person B in presence of two witnesses. Is the marriage valid?

2. Amatullah comes to know that Zaid married her with Abdullah in presence of two witnesses. But she did not appoint Zaid as her wakeel. Hearing this, Amatullah did not say a word but accepted the marriage in her heart and started treating Abdullah as her husband. Is the marriage valid between them?

Ghusal becoming compulsory if mani comes out without any desire

Q: Because of my excessive masturbation, I got pre-ejaculation. If I see a girl continuously for some seconds mani comes gushing with desire automatically without even touching my private part and without me wanting mani to ejaculate. Is this because of my sickness? Most probably this is a sickness because when I defecate with force, then without desire mani comes out.

My question is:

Many times I see a girl and feel desire in my penis and I feel something is going to come out gushingly so what I do is, without holding or touching my penis I pinch myself on my legs or I think about something else so that the desire goes away and then after sometime mani comes out without any desire and also this comes without wanting to do it. Must I do ghusl for this?

Selling a waqf property

Q: A plot was given as waqf for the purpose of construction of a school to a masjid trust. There was no agreement in writing or any conditions attached to the grant except that the plot be utilised for education of Muslims. Up to now, it has been more than 12 years since the plot was given but for various reasons the purpose hasn't been accomplished and the plot has been lying idle and become a dump yard for the neighbours.

For this reason, we as donors, asked the masjid committee to release the plot to us so we could carry out the educational development ourselves.

The committee initially expected us to pay part value of the plot for it to be released to us. However on advice of some ulamaa, they have agreed to release it to us without monetary payment.

Since we now have to raise funds to build a school over and above the plot donation, is it permissible for us to divide the waqf plot into two and buy or sell half of it to raise funds to build the school?

Taubah for a music producer

Q: I used to produce music and instrumentals but alhamdulillah I have repented from both listening to and making music. I am worried about the songs I released before, should I worry about them and try to get them deleted or am I free from it since I repented?

I also produced the background music for a podcast/show. I have sincerely repented from making any more music or sending/promoting my music. I feel absolutely horrible and I hope that this spread of my music doesn't come for me in my grave.
