I made a business that’s doing great alhamdulilah. However, I stole money from someone to begin the business. Since then, I’ve focused on deen more and I’ve repented for this and intended to never go back to this sin.
Can I keep the profits ?

Q: I have subscribed for GPF. The government forcefully deducts some amount like 5k each month. At the end of retirement, govt. will return that principle amount and the amount of interest over it.
Can I keep some amount of interest money equivalent to the money devaluation I faced over the years ?

After a while he said the oath will end in 1 week. After the 1 week has passed will the oath be valid?
Q: Is receiving free services from a bank like: being able to receive my income in my current account and pay with the debit card associated considered riba?
My bank does not have account maintenance fee and offer these services.
Q: A woman washes some clothes and sets out for umrah and enters into ihram.
Whilst in the state of ihram, will it be permitted for her to wear these newly washed clothes despite some of the fragrance of the washing detergent remaining in them?
Q: I'd like to enquire whether we are allowed to award students with trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd position, full attendance etc. in madrasah?
Q: I go to an all boys boarding school, and in the dormitory, when it's time to sleep, there are many boys that watch movies in the rooms, and they do all other sorts of Haraam in the room.
If there is an alternative place for me to sleep, such as a close by Masjid, or the library, is it permissible for me to sleep in the dormitory?
Q: Could mufti advise on the following:
Person A owns a Cash n Carry, person B and person C both are his customer's and purchase from him. At the premises of person A, person B and C meet and start transacting on person A's premises. Person A in turns tells Person B that person C is my customer and you cannot supply him.
1. Is this type of clause permissable in shariah where person A stops person B from supplying person C as he feels it's his customer.
2. If person B and C transacted on person A's property, is the sale valid.

1. Is it allowed to buy a motorcycle if it has almost the price of a car? Would it be waste?
2. Is it allowed to exceed the speed limit?
