Making dua for someone in his absence

Q: One of my cousins is on the wrong path and I'm very concerned about him. He talks to many girls, and plays with their hearts, just like today's modern society's bad guys. I would want to know of any wazifa or surah to recite on him for him to be guided on the right path. I do recite verse 8 from Surah Aal Imran over him often and pray for his guidance regularly. I want to know any other surah or dua too.

Will one receive the reward of fasting in Zul Hijjah if he keeps qadha fast in the first 10 days of Zul Hijjah?

Q:

1. If a person has fasts pending for a vow that he has made without him having specified the date, can he fast these fasts of zul hijjah or should he keep those fasts first?

2. If he has to fast for his vow in these 10 days will he acquire the sawaab of the zul hijjah fasts? Also if a woman fasts ramadaan qadhas in these days does she get the sawaab of zul hijjah fasts?

Conveying the reward of one's waajib qurbaani to many people

Q:

1. When a person performs one’s personal obligatory qurbani, for example one sheep, and intend donating the reward to the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) or some other deceased individual, will the person performing the qurbani and the deceased get the full reward of qurbani?

2. In the above mentioned situation, when performing one's own obligatory qurbani like a sheep, can the reward of the qurbani be conveyed to multiple people (deceased or alive)?

Charging the customer a penalty on late payment

Q: What can a company do to customers who default in their credit payments?

1. Can a company charge them a penalty for exceeding their credit term? If not, what are the Shar’ee alternatives?

2. Sometimes, customers who exceed credit terms request proofs of deliveries again, although an invoice was sent to them with the delivery. Can a company charge them for this, just as Fnb and any other bank charges for producing a statement over 3 months old?
