Q: My friend is living in America. She was a divorcee with one daughter who lives with her father. Her mother is staying with her and is partly paralyzed. She has one brother who is living in Pakistan. Recently she was diagnosed with cancer. As in America, if you do not make a will then everything goes to the state so she married a Muslim man so that he could take care of her assets. I wanted to know by what percentage will her wealth be divided according to Islamic law?

Q: In Islam we can't eat pork because it is unlawful... well in jannat are we going to be allowed to eat pork because everything that has been unlawful on earth will be made lawful in jannah right? For example, woman can't dress up in nude clothing in this world but in the hereafter they will be allowed right? So pork will be allowed too in jannah right?
Q: Can a husband marry twice without the permission of his first wife because he does not have any children from his first wife?
Q: One time me and my wife were arguing because she kept accusing me of loving another woman which was not true so I got angry and said "here's your house keys and your car keys bye bye". I was angry and I left the house. I wanted to go to my family's house but after walking about 10 minutes I said to myself "why are you going to your family's house just go back home" then I walked back to my wife's house and we said sorry to each other. Is this divorce because I didn't know what was my intention at that time but I didn't want to say talaaq. So I think I was just angry but I am having waswas thinking what was my intention at that time when I said these words. I think I was only upset with her accusations and wanted her to stop.

Q: I try to follow Imam Abu Hanifa's (rahimahullah) madhab here in USA. Please provide reference for my heart to be satisfied. The following are my questions
1. How many Sunnah mu’akkadah are there in Salat ul Jummah? My understanding is 4 before the fard and 4 after the fard.
2. Can we pray Salat ul Jummah 4 Sunnah mu’akkadah as units of 2 rakat or do we have to pray all 4 rakat with one taslim in the end?
3. Do we have to recite Quran after surah Al fatiaah in 3rd and 4th rakat of 4 Sunnah mu’akkadah (if prayed with one taslim in the end)?
Q: I had missed one rakah in Isha jama'at. When I was offering the missed rakah, I forgot to recite a surah after al faatihah. I realised this and made Sejdah Sahw in the end. Should I repeat my prayer.
