As we recite in the Quran Kareem ما حکم الا لله so according to this ayah, if a person who is in a position to establish laws in a country and he does not enforce shariah rules; instead he enforces rules made by men, is he going against the نص and thus committing kufr by enforcing man made laws before Shariah?

Q: I am 22 years old and my hair is turning grey. Can I use garnier hair color? I know we should not use black colour to hide our so can I use brown hair colour and not the black one?
Q: I am a mother of 4 and have communicated with a Moulana that I would like my Talaq due to a toxic and unhealthy relationship. He refuses to give me talaq and I am now considering leaving. If I leave, how long does it take for an automatic talaq to be finalised and if not how may I, as a woman, go about giving him the talaq.

Q: I am in the business of buying and selling car mags. A few months back, I sold a set of rims to someone for R1800. A couple of months later, I got a call from the same person asking if I want to buy these same rims back because he had no use for them. I made him an offer of R1200 and purchased them back. Is this considered as riba or is it permissible?
