Wife going to live on her own

Q: If a woman leaves the marital home without any sharee reason and goes and finds her own place to live. The husband has not given talaak and feels he wants things to work however the wife is adamant she does not want the marriage. There is also a minor son involved. Is it the husbands responsibility to pay for her rent etc for she moved out of the marital home on her own accord and without any shared reason?

Zakaat of previous years

Q: My salary is 6500 qatari riyals among which I keep 2000 and the rest I give to my mother. From this 2000 in my bank I have around 24000 qatari riyals till now and I am working from 3 years. So should I pay zakaat and how to calculate it? I am 21 now and I never paid before but I realize I must make sure my money is paak and halaal. Please guide me.

Revoking talaaq

Q: I would like to know that since my husband uttered once and after that event we were together at least two times under the same roof, then we had an argument and we have been apart for 3 months. Does us being together after that talaaq incident void that talaaq or the husband has to say clearly to void the talaaq? Or since we had another argument after the talaaq and after being together twice after that, does the iddat apply and is another nikaah necessary?

Reciting tasbeeh-e-Faatimi and Ayatul Kursi after Salaah

Q: Immediately after performing his Fardh and/or Sunnah Muakkadah Salaah, a person is unable to remain seated and recite tasbeeh-e-Faatimi, Ayatul Kursi and other wazaaif on account of some time constraints or traveling. Whilst he is walking to his car, or even whilst driving, can he thus recite Ayatul Kursi, tasbeeh-e-Faatimi and other wazaaif now? Or would it be better to delay it and recite it at another time when he can be completely dedicated towards it?

Registering a property on another person's name for tax reasons

Q: My father has purchased a property and is registering it on my name for his own tax reasons. I have to sign legal documents, etc. confirming my ‘ownership’ of this property. However, I will not be the actual owner of the property. I asked my father who really owns the property so that I would know for my own zakaat purposes and inheritance reasons. He replied that he owns the property (and he is thus the one paying zakaat on the rental income).

(1) Despite the property being in my name formally, who truly owns the property in Shari’ah?

(2) Who is responsible for paying zakaat on the rental income?

Impurity on one's hands

Q: If my hands are napaak with urine no matter whether they are wet or dry and I touch something, if there are no signs of impurity on what I touched, no colour or stain and if there is smell then that will eventually go, do I have to wash what I touched?

Finding money is one's cupboard

Q: I am 16 years old but I just wanted to ask about something. I have found money in my cupboard and I can't recall having any money or having put any money in my cupboard , it caught my eye. But I thought to myself maybe it is mine and a week later I bought something with it. I don't know what to do now? I am afraid to own up and say what I did and ask if it was anybody's here at home. What do I do about the money I used? What do I do with the change? Can I give it for sadaqah or can I maybe give it to one of my family members, maybe even my mother who might be in need of it?

Surah Talaaq, verse two

Q: Surah Talaaq mentions “And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out.” Are some of the mufasireen of the opinion that this is specifically related to matters of rizq/provision?
