Q: I am a 25 year old unmarried woman (will get married in a few months). My parents passed away a few years ago and I don't have any other siblings. I live with a relative in very good condition. Please tell me if Qurbani is fardh on me? Some people say it's not because I'm an unmarried orphan, some say it is because I'm independent and earning myself.

After investigating at a specific butchery (which is not halaal as normal), they use seperate blades and machines for pork and other meat e.g. cow, sheep. What if a Muslim borrows their machine and blade (slaughtering tools) and slaughters according to Islamic way; what will be the state of that meat?
Q: Can we do aqeeqah in walima? I mean, we will do the aqeeqa and serve its meat in a walima to the guests.

1. First daughter was born at 2:15 am on Tuesday.
2. Second daughte was born at 10:15 pm on Monday.

Q: Can a aqeeqah be done for a child born out of wedlock as the mother is Hindu and the father is Muslim. The father wants to name the child and give him his surname as well and has done all things necessary as to the rights of the child born. Can aqeeqah be done and can the child carry the fathers name?
