Health insurance

Q: I have a question regarding to state life insurance company whether the health insurance of this company is halaal or haram.

My 2nd question is that my parents took a loan from a insurance company about 1 lac. Now they are going to do sadaqa/aqeeqah of a cow from this money. Is this is valid?

Taking out insurance to get RMI accreditation

Q: I have a tyre repair shop. I want to get this RMI Accreditation for it. Its like a motoring board and carries weight in the vehicle repair and service industry.

One of the requirements in order to be accredited is that I must have a 3rd party insurance to the value of 500k. So if something happens to the customer's vehicle in the shop or a customer's vehicle gets stolen or damaged, etc. the insurance will cover the vehicle.

So the insurance won’t be for my business, it will only be 3rd party to cover the customers vehicles, etc.

Is it permissible to take out that insurance to get the accreditation or must I stay away from it completely.

Taking out third party insurance to get accredited to repair vehicles

Q: I have a workshop where I repair vehicles. In order for me to be accredited I have to take out a third party insurance in case any customer's vehicles get damaged at my workshop. If I do not take out this third-party insurance, I will not get accreditation.

Is it permissible for me to take out this third-party insurance?

Loyalty club members receiving discounts and entry into competitions

Q: There is a loyalty club business where you pay for a yearly membership and get discounts on a variety of stores. The company also gives you free entries into bi monthly prize draws to win a car, etc.

Since we are not paying money for the entries but are paying for the membership, will it be considered halaal if we win a prize?
