Going for hajj with one's son
Q: If a wife has enough money to perform Hajj, but husband is busy because of his job. Is it OK for the woman to go for Hajj with her 16 years old son?

Q: If my wife is pregnant and is due to give birth during the hajj time while I am away, can I still go for hajj leaving her alone?
Q: One Haj pilgrim owes a debt around Rs. 1.5 lakh and mortgaged her gold for debt. Is it permissible to transfer the ownership of mortgaged gold and debt to another person and then go for Haj. Will the Haj be valid?
Q: I wore mozas in Madina at 10 am. We travelled to Makkah from Madina and arrived at 5.30 pm in Makkah. We will be staying for more then 15 days in Makkah. We made saee at 1 pm. on the following day. I did not remove my mozas. I had trimmed my hair. Do I have to repeat saee and is there dam to pay.
Q: An elderly man and woman have been accredited to go for Hajj. However, due to limited financial means, they are unable to go. Their young son has already performed Hajj and has been accredited for the second time to go for Hajj. Is it the son's responsibility to first send his parents for Hajj?
Q: A man who possesses the nisaab is not performing Hajj because if he does so, his parents will get hurt as they have not yet performed Hajj/Umrah. Should he perform Hajj or should he delay the Hajj so that his parents are not hurt?
Another person planned to go for Hajj, but his father said that he cannot go unless he pays him a huge amount. The son couldn't pay him the amount and so he didn't perform Hajj, as he thinks that by disobeying his father, he will not enter Jannah. What should he do? Listen to his father or perform Hajj?
Q:
1. Can a person make his salatul ihraam e.g. at JHB Airport and only make his niyyat before approaching the miqaat when flying on Saudia Airways for umrah?
2. Similarly, can a person make his salaatul ihraam at Dubai Airport and only make his niyyat as approaching the miqaat when flying Emirates?
3. When landing in Dubai, it is already fajr time, we made salaatul ihraam and thereafter read fajr salaat because we had to leave for Jeddah. Is it Ok to read salaatul ihraam in fajr time, before we read fajr. If not, how should it be done?
Q: I have a few questions regarding Tawaaf:
1. When making استلام بالاشارة must one raise the hands upto the ears (as in Salaah) or in line with the shoulders? Also, does one stretch out the arms (as if touching the Hajar e Aswad) or must one keep the hands in line with the body?
2. Thereafter, when kissing the hands must one kiss the fingers or the palms?
3. When making استلام بالاشارة in which direction must the body face? In this regard is there a difference between the first Istilaam & the subsequent ones?
3. When making استلام بالاشارة during the course of Tawaaf does one stop at the Hajar e Aswad, make Istilaam & thereafter continue walking, or must one make Istilaam while walking?
Q: In the state of ihraam, can one use a belt to keep one’s money, etc.?
Q: If you made tawaaf after asr, do you read wajibut tawaaf at that time or after maghrib?
