Killing a murtad

Q: I want to know the ruling for people leaving Islam. Should we kill them? Also please tell me what Quran says about a murtad? Why do people leave Islam eventhough they know the truth?

Making fun of Islam

Q:

1. If someone does kufr (by mocking islam) after that he comes to know its kufr, is it necessary to say shahadah and repent?

Case1: I am asking this because if a person doesn't know its sin, he won't be getting any sin right? Then why is shahadah and repentance required (if he is not gettig sin).

2. If I said to someone that "making fun of islam is kufr and whoever does this is, is a kafir and needs to repent and say shahdah again to become muslim." Instead of knowing the correct ruling, i just purposely told him to do repentance and say shahadah again to become muslim. Did i commit kufr by making halal haram by telling someone to do an act which is not required and telling them only if u do this then you become muslim.

Doubts about following a mazhab

Q: I am a hanafi but I don't know I'm getting these kind of questions about mathabs for so many weeks now, like for example, why am I supposed to read salaah if I'm a hanafi when its 10+ days of haydh and I'm not supposed to if I'm a Shaafi or like why would I be a sinner if I didn't read salaah before Shaafi times end and and I'm not a sinner and I dont have to read qadha if im a Hanafi

1. I fail to understand why there are so many masaail that contradict each other so why do they?

2. Is qiyaas from sunnah?

Condition in the Hereafter of those Muslims who were involved in sins

Q: There are those Muslims who do a lot of sin but also do good deeds. Like they would go clubbing and listen to music, not wear scarf, be in haraam relationships etc but still give charity, sometimes read salaah and they’d fast etc . So how does the saying : “you will die as you lived” apply to them when they live by doing both good and bad? How will they be dealt with in the hereafter , will they pay for their sins in jahhannum and then be rewarded for their good deeds in Jannah after or how does it work if they are not forgiven?

Learning Deen under a righteous experienced Aalim

Q: I am really in doubt whether hadith is true or not due to many conflicting facts that arised by Ahmed Javed Ghamdi. Now I get thoughts that I am doubting hadith and I can find out whether the hadith is true or not by researching on google which may take time. When I get free time I usually spend on other things. Now I get the thought that i should spend whole my free time in knowing hadith is true or not. Or else i am commiting kufr. This is because if a non muslim can know the truth of islam by researching on google but he doesn't do that knowing that he is able to do. He is ignoring to know truth. I think that i am also doing same case. Feeling scared. Is it kufr if i don't spend my free time in reaserching in google if hadith are true or not?
