Jamaat Salaah and Imaamat

If someone prays at home intentionally then is it sunnah for him to repeat the same salaah after he has prayed?

Q: One person said: "as praying in congregation is a strong sunnah, and although its intentionally abandoning is makruh tahrimi , the ulama said its repeating is sunnah." Does this mean if some does pray at home intentionally then it is sunnah for him to repeat the same salaah after he has prayed?

Hanafi Imaam reciting an Aayat of Sajdah according to Imaam Shafi'ee

Q: If a hanafi Imaam recites an Aayat of sajdah (that is according to Imam shaafi'ee Rahimahullah and not according to Imam Abu Hanifah Rahimahullah e.g: The Aayat of sajdah that appears at the end of the 17th juz) in salaah, and he is followed by muqtadis of the different mazhaahib, then what should he do in this situation. If he doesn't make sajdah will their salaah be valid? Is there a solution to this?

Attending only Fajr and Esha in the Musjid due to living far away

Q: I live 10 minutes from a mosque and because of this distance I spend almost 2 hours every day walking to and from the mosque to the five daily prayers.  I am I student and need as much time as possible for my studies. Would it be permissable for me, in order to save time, to attend only Fajr and Isha in the mosque (because of the big virtue of praying these prayers in the mosque) and pray the rest of the prayers alone at home?

Pulling a person back from the front saff in Jamaat Salaah

Q: In Salaah in Jamaat, when pulling a person back from the front saff to join him in the back saff so he doesn't read Salaah alone in the saff:

  1. Does he pull the person from the middle of the saff or from the side of the saff?
  2. How will the front saff get completed again?
  3. If a third person then came and joined the second saff, can any one of them move into the front saff if that space is still open?

Esha & Taraweeh Salaah at home

Q: We are curently performing Esha Salaah and Taraweeh Salaah at our home. The closest Musjid is about 4-5 kms away. There is a musallah which is 2 kms away. Someone mentioned to me that it isn't permissible for us to perform the esha Salaah at our home. We have to perform Esha Salaah at the Musjid and then return home to perform the Taraweeh. Please advise?

Should the Muqtadi complete his attahiyyaat and then stand up or should he follow the Imaam

Q: To recite attahiyaat is waajib in the 1st sitting of 4 rakaats Salaah. If it is missed then sajdah sahw becomes waajib. Sometimes the Imaam recites the attahiyyaat very quickly and then stands up whilst many muqtadees have not finished their attahiyyaat. Should they follow the Imaam immediately or should they complete their attahiyyaat and then stand?
