Performing Salaah in the Musjid
Q: My house is about one bus stop away from the mosque, which is about 10 mins walk. So, when I'm home, I do the salaah at home and sometimes go to the mosque. Please advise.

Q: I actually belong to India (hanafi) but I've been living in Singapore for the last 4 years because I work here and it is shafii fiqh followed here. So, are my prayers valid behind an Imaam of another mazhab? And there would be a slight variation in the salaah in fajr here to as of what we do back in India.

The question is that can the Second Imaam who is not the resident Imaam be allowed to lead the Eid Salaah on the basis that the crowd that attends the Eid Gaah is generally Shafi/Maaliki? If not then will the sin of appointing him to lead the Eid Salaah be on the board members? As the resident Imaam had informed them that the sin will be on their shoulder and not his. Q: After reading namaaz behind a barelvi who believes that Rasullullah Alayhis Salaam is hazir nazir as he reads assalamualayka Ya Rasulullah, should one repeat the Salaah?
Q: During the last 10 days of Ramadan brothers in our Masjid Perform Qiyum-ul-layl (Tahajud) in congregation. Would like to know if this is permissible, if not then what should we do if you are doing Itikhaff in the masjid. One scholar told has that Deoband has given a special permission to perform Tahajud in Congregation during the last 10 days of Ramadan.
Q: Would the muqtadis salaah be invalid if the muqtadi hears the imam say takbeer and goes into sajdah after hearing takbeer but makes it into sajdah slightly before the imam due to imams slow movements. Would the prayer be invalid or maqrooh if this happened?
Q: Would the prayer be invalid if the muqtadi goes into ruku or sajdah say the imam is saying takbeer and moving to ruku or sajdah but the muqtadi makes it to ruku or sajdah before him and the takbeer isnt finished due to the imam saying it so slowly?
Q: Is prayer valid behind a imaam who pronounces the letter TA as a D and the letter KAF as a G (the farsi GAF)? For example he recites "...ihdinas siraDal musteGim siraDallezine..."
Also on the soft sounded letters he reads the dammah as a german ü i.e. ue and not like u in umar. Also the letter DHAD he reads it sounding to Z.
Q: In the area which I live in is a Barelwee Musjid. I read most of my salah in this Musjid. For Fajr Salah the Muazzin, who is a Shafi'ee, performs the Salah. The thing is that the trustees don't allow him to read Qunoote Naazila because they are Hanafee so he is forced to leave it out. I heard that Qunoote Naazila is like wajib for Shafees. I feel that the Salah is deficient so I read Fajr at home. Will it be better for me to read Fajr in this Musjid or should I continue to read it at home?
