Jamaat Salaah and Imaamat

Q: In the area that I've moved to, the imaam of the local Musjid leads the Salaahs with his trousers below his ankles. Does it diminish from the Musallis reward to follow such an imaam and is it permissible?

Also, after every Salaah, the imaam systematically makes the same short dua after reciting taqdeer once and istigfaar thrice, followed by Ayaatul Kursi, Tasbeeh-e-Fateemi, the fourth kalimaah thrice, and then the same lengthy dua after each Salaah. Is this allowed? And if not, Should I as a Musalli remain in the gathering so as not to create any conflicts with the locals, or rather just leave and perform my Sunnahs?

Q: Is it permissible for an imaam allowed perform Jumma salaah without a beard and can he wear short sleeves whilst performing imamat? What is the ruling amongst all mazhabs?

Q: What is the last moment within which if a person joins the Imam in congregation Salah then he will get the congregation?

Q: If three people are offering Salah in jamaat then how should they stand?

Q: I am a follower of Hanafi madhab, I have 2 masjids to pray salaah during Zohar, Asar & Magrib Salaah in my office, kindly advise in which masjid I need to pray according to Hanafi.

Masjid1: Shafi Imam with Sunnah beard but Quraan recitation is not fully tajweed

Masjid 2: Hanafi Imam(Aalim) without Sunnah Beard (i.e. Trimming the beard) but quran recitation is fully Tajweed. 

Till now I am praying behid with Shafi Imam because his beard is according to sunnah.

Q: What is the requirement to become an Imaam?

Q: Will the jamaat with the female household exclude one from all the severe warnings?

Q: What is the repercussions of performing Salah alone?

Q: How important or what status (Fardh, Wajib) is Salah with congregation?

Q: Does salah with  women congregation hold the same rewards as with men? or does the obligation of congregation fall?
