Difference between a person who takes out a mortgage and makes taubah and a person who didn't take out a mortgage at all

Q: If someone gets a mortgage for a house and then does taubah, he still benefits by keeping the property and also being forgiven.

How is this fair compared to someone who avoids doing so?

A: If he comes out of this and makes taubah and promises Allah Ta`ala that he will never do this again, Allah Ta`ala will definitely forgive him.

A person who avoided this totally, he is blessed by Allah Ta`ala. Imagine a person who broke his arm badly and treated it, and a person whose arm is strong and he did not break it. Obviously there will be a difference between them.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
