Q: If a shop owner purchases items with murat (animate pictures) and/or female pictures on the packaging, sells these products and advertises them, will he be sinful?
If we should be covering these things, please can Hadhrat Mufti Saheb advise how.
A: If he is selling halaal items which have some pictures of animate objects on them, then since the product itself is halaal, it will be permissible for him to sell it. Those who purchase it may scratch off the picture or cover it while using it.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
