Q: Is it permissible for a person who is accredited for Hajj, and has both the means and opportunity to fulfill their Fardh Hajj, to delay it as he is concerned that their income may not be completely halaal? The individual intends to fulfill the obligation but wishes to ensure that they use only pure, halaal money for this sacred journey.
A: For the portion that he thinks that it may not be halaal, he should take a loan and then pay it with that money.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
