Distancing oneself from the banks and things associated with it

Q: I avoid using credit cards as much as possible. I repent after using ATM or bank services. 

I also avoid cash back, discounts and facilities offered to the credit or debit cards holders like using airport lounges, shopping from certain stores with discount. Are my actions correct?

A: Yes. All these things are associated with riba (interest). Through avoiding them, you are safeguarding your imaan and deen from destruction.
