Seller putting restrictions on the purchaser after purchasing

Q: Can the Darul Ifta please check if this agreement is okay for our customers. 

Agreement to Purchase (company) Products 

I hereby agree to purchase ebooks, charts, etc. without forwarding them to anyone or sharing them on social media. I will only print them out for my own use. As these products belong to (company), they are the sole copyright of this organization. Hence they cannot be used for commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

A: This is not binding. Once the books have been purchased, the buyer can do as he wants. It is totally wrong for the seller to restrict the purchaser.
