Husband not controlling his gaze

Q: I am married for 24 years. About five months back I noticed my husband was not controlling his gaze. The situation reached to an extent that I was prepared to leave. My husband has now made taubah and insha allah, has changed his ways. However, I need some advice:

  1. I am extremely hurt, how do I overcome this?
  2. Many times I feel depressed, especially upon awakening.
  3. I suffer with anxiety attacks and headache before going out to places where there will be females around. We live in Madinatul Munawwarah and I find it extremely difficult to go to the haram etc.
  4. At times I cannot handle the stress and think of ending the marriage.
  5. My husband is trying to be good to me, and I try to hide my feelings from him, however, how do I build the trust in my husband again?

Dream

Q: I am engaged to a guy who is a revert. I made istikhaara a few weeks ago and yesterday morning after I performed salatul Fajr I dreamt that the guy I am engaged to was talking on the phone with another girl, and after I heard him and asked him if he was cheating on me he said yes. Now I don't know what to do, is this a sign from Allah? Should I not marry the guy or wait for more signs?

Copyright

Q: I am a student. I have few notes that are copyright and very expensive but  I have a copy of them. Can I sell copies at a low price as a lot of people are looking to buy them online and I need money for further studies?

Taqdeer

Q: At times we get positive thoughts for example to give in charity / or visit a sick person but due to whatever reason (most probably due to tricks from shaitaan) we do not put it into action and later we regret having not carried out that act. Does this situation come under Taqdeer (predestination)?

Talaaq-e-baain

Q: It has been around 6 months to our marriage & our marriage has not been consummated and   due to some unavoidable circumstances me and my wife decided to put our views in front of a Qazi sahab. On our first visit Qazi sahab told her to obey her husband (me) and go back to my place or take khula as the marriage is completely messed up, to which she denied and said I need two days of time to think over it. After two days, Qazi sahab called me up and said your wife is here and she is not willing to take khula and instead she is demanding for a divorce along wid compensation. So I did it accordingly, Qazi sahab told me to utter a word talaq e bain and I paid her mehr amount + iddah amount + compensation. With a mutual understanding we both signed the papers in front of 3 witnesses. So my question is by uttering a single time talaq e bain is my marriage terminated or are 2 more pronunciations mandatory?
