Q: I've been in a distance relationship for 1 year and 10th month. In two months it will be 2 years. Both of us are baaligh aqil and hanafi mazhab. My question is how can we make this relationship halaal? We know we won't stop talking to each other because we love each other so we want to make our relationship into halaal. My second question is he lives in different country which is India and he lives alone there because of his work. Woh na namaz ada karta h na roze rakhta h. The reason why I don't want to let him go is because I don't want him to go in wrong path and I feel that once he is with me he is not in wrong path. He is really nice man has pure heart but he doesn't offer his prayers nor he fast. What should I do to make him offers his prayers also keep his fasts? I'm worried about his akhirah more then mine. What should I do?

Q: For humrat one must touch the other lustfully. Lustfully means a strong sexual desire according to the english dictionary. According to islam does it mean the same thing? So if one does not have a strong sexual desire humrat does not take place even though two people touched each other by shaking hands?

Q: What happens to a female who is a mother of a child aged 12 that continuously practices black magic on her ex-husband, friends and family. Is she exempted from the punishment of hell because she has a child to support? Is she exempted from any punishment in this world?

Q: My husband and I are seperated and he sent a letter that states that if I sign this than only divorce will go throught.i als have a 2 year old girl.

1. In that letter it states that once a month on weekend he is allowd to take my daughter and from fri to Sunday. My daughter is too small and doesn't leave my side. islamically is this allowed?

2. Do I have to pay half of my childs needs including education food etc?

3. In the list of what was mine in the house its not complete and there is no mention of the mehr. Is he allowed to keep the mehr?

Q: I am a 31 year old married woman. I want to perform hajj. My husband is not capable at present. I am asking him to arrange money for his hajj expenses only, and I am planning to sell my gold for my hajj expenses. Is it right to rush for the hajj even if we are not capable or should we wait for the time when we have enough. Please advise.

Q: I want to ask that can I do a job in the Bank? My Salary is not increment based but it is a fixed salary which will be only incremented after a year. My job title is Customer Care Representative. 1. Alcohol is haraam and prohibited in Islam due to the fact that after having it, a person loses his senses and can not remember what he is doing and also you can get addicted to alcohol. My question is that if someone uses alcohol only for socialising, if he has a  few sips will it be fine or not?

2. There are some drugs which only boost your energy but you remain in your senses, such as cocaine and some other drugs. How does Islam differentiate between them. You remain in your senses but its not alcohol. Red bull drink also boosts the energy. Please explain.
