Q: My husband was upset at me because my father parked in parking spot outside. He kept saying you should tell me when he parks and I kept saying I didn't know he parked. Eventually I said that let me go to my father right now and tell him please don't park in his parking, hearing that my husband got upset and said that if you tell him then I will give you talaaq. Hearing that, I didn't go in the room. Later on my father came to me and asked why my husbands upset, on that I said that you parked on his parking spot. Does this issue a talaaq?

Q: A guy woke up for Fajr prayer. After the Salaah he went back to sleep. He then wakes up later with a "Wet Dream", it happens to be on Sunday, so he decides to take his bath after washing his clothes. Unfortunately he forgot about the Spiritual Bath and does only the normal usual bath. On Wednesday around 8am he remembers that he didn't perform the Spiritual bath but have been praying for the past 3 days and even led some people in prayers during this period. So now what is the ruling on such a person? Does he have to pay for all the prayers he performed during that period? And what about the prayers of the individuals he led, will Allah accept their prayers? What if he had intended to offer the spiritual bath but forgot. Can the bath becomes his ghusal for jannabah?

Q: My husband gave me divorce on 13 June 2016. It was a talaq-e-bain. Again on 18 august 2016 in anger he gave me oral divorce on the phone saying in the presence of Allah I am giving you talaaq 3 times. My question is whether this talaq is considered as my final talaq or can we both revoke our nikaah? Is it halaal or not?
