Dream

Q: My husband who is only 30 years old was diagnosed with brain tumour in feb 2013. He was very healthy and had no symptoms of tumour but all of a sudden it happened. Allah ne dusri zindagi di unko. From that day I started praying a lot for my husband's health and his long life. Namaz , tahajjud, wazaif. I was also pregnant at that time and was very disturbed with my husband's condition as doctor's said that this tumour can come again. Mai namaz mai bht roti thi ar Allah se dua mangti thi ki vo mere shauhar ko thek kr de ar mere dil ko ye yakeen de ki ab kabhi ye tumour vaps nahi aega. Mujhe yakeen dilaye ki vo mere sath hai ar mere gunahon ko maaf krke meri dua qubool kr rhe hai. Aesi hi halat mai ek (Jummah ki raat) maine ye khwab dekha (Jummah ki raat). "I saw myself sitting on ground in some open area and
in position of namaz. In dream I was talking to my mother in law that why all this happened to Tariq (my husband). Why Allah has given him such disease. And at that very moment, maine aasman se ati hui tez roshni dekhi jisse ki mai nigah nhi mila payi ar fauran sajde mai chali gyi ar kalma padhne lagi". Bas itna dekh kr meri aankh khul gyi. Kya ap mujhe bta sakte hai ki iski kya tabeer ho sakti hai?

Handing over the right to issue divorce to the wife

Q: During a heated argument with my wife if I told her she has the option of staying with me or to leave me (divorce me) and she said "Ok I will leave or Ok I want separation" but at the same time I told her "I will not divorce you" due to hardship reasons. Then is this the same thing as giving her the authority to divorce herself as I was giving her a choice?

She is not happy, so I insisted she talk to her parents about sending her a plane ticket back home but I told her "I will not divorce you", so does this count as a divorce on her part, as I did not intend to divorce her but rather give her the option to seek divorce?

Questions pertaining to haidh

Q: I want to know about menstruation.

  1. Should a girl do prayers or not?
  2. If her menses is over while she is in Ramadhaan but however she miss sheri, should the one abstain from drinking and eating or she can continue to eat because she missed out sheri due to her menses.
  3. How would I know that it really is my menses because sometimes it is confusing and I myself do not know whether it menses or not. Therefore this creates doubt in myself and I do not know whether to do salaah or not?
