Imaam saying "samiallahu liman hamidah" instead of "Allah akbar" in salaah

Q:

1. In our college, the student imam, in between 2 sajdas forgetfully said, "SamiAllah huliman Hamida" instead of "Allahu Akbar", he did a 2-3 second pause and went for the second remaining sajda. The people behind him didn't even correct him but the second row guys had to correct him, by saying "Subhan Allah". After the completion of Salah, there was a big argument,

a. 3-4 people did sajda sahu after salah

b. The rest of the guys said "the Salah has to be repeated because the imam's niyyat is muqtadi's niyyat and if he makes mistake, it affects everybodys salah"

After that, the whole Salah was repeated by a different imaan. Who was right? a or b?

2. The imaam got up from ruku, and said "Allahu Akbar" instead of "SamiAllah huliman Hamida". The people behind him didn't correct him. The second row guys corrected him the wrong way, but this time by saying "SamiAllah huliman Hamida" instead of "Subhan Allah" and at the end, the imaam didn't even make sajda sahu. I have to repeat the Salah right? Because I have heard the imaam's niyyat is the muqtadi's niyyat and if he makes a mistake, it affects everybodys salah.

Going to work early

Q: I am working at an engineering company. My boss used to like me before because I was always at work early. We start work at 7:30am but I used to be at work before seven and I used to get extra money, but now I am going to work at the normal time 7:30 because I read Suratul Yaseen and azkar... My boss is not happy with me like how he was before. What should I do? Should I go early and miss my Suratul Yaseen or should read Suratul YAseen before I go to work?

Advertising for businesses and companies

Q: I want to put up some advertising boards in my town and get shops and companies to advetise on and charge them. Is this permissible?

Secondly, I wont get companies that are dealing in haraam to advertise with them, so it will probably be businesses like supermarkets and hardware stores etc. But my problem is that am I allowed to advertise for them if a part of their business might be haraam or doubtful. For example I personally dont eat commercial chickens even though it might have a halaal stamp on it. I prefer to stay away since I feel it is still doubtful, will I be able to still advertise for that supermarket that sells it. Or if there is a car dealer who sells cars but organises a loan for a customer based on interest then am I allowed to advertise for him.

Also is there any guidelines that you can give me and advise?

Keeping a rumaal

Q: I have seen some famous Ulama keeping a rumaal (piece of cloth) with themselves. While others dont keep it. Is it a sunnah or mustahab? Is there any reference from the life of Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) or Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum)?

Questioning the command of Allah Ta'ala

Q: Why does Allah Ta'ala want us to do good deeds since He does not need our deeds? And then He chooses us to either go to hell or Jannah. I'm confused because I dont want to go to jannah or hell. Me and my actions never satisfied Allah Ta'ala's commands. Why Allah Ta'ala gives us only two options for after life. I'm not satisfied to live this life as Allah Ta'ala wants. Also I can't stand in front of Allah Ta'ala on judgment day to give my account of actions in this world. I know I'm one of the losers on that day. "In this world things are not in my control"
