Great sin of delaying in winding up the estate

Q: My father passed away approximately seven years ago. My brother was the appointed executor of the estate. However, until today, he refuses to wind up the estate. Over the years since my father's demise, my brother has continued to run the business and deal in the assets left by my father at his own discretion.

My questions are:

1. What is the current state of the estate and how should it now be distributed?

2. What are the powers of the executor? Can he deal in the assets of the estate (e.g. sell them) without the consent of the other heirs?

Kindness to parents

Q: I want to know, I was an Athiest for a long period of my life. I have parent issues. I am a mujrim according to Islamic term. I do not have a good understanding with my parents. They have abundent me for some accusational issue. Beside I have some mind health problems. I heard if a child doesn't have a good relationship with his parents then Allah will not accept his duas. What if the the parent is wrong here and the child doesn't have any fault, will Allah understand my circumstances and dilemmas and accept my prayer? Will Allah help me out?

Selling Nike shoes

Q: I have read somewhere that it is better to avoid wearing Nike, because it symbolizes a 'Greek mythical figure' (if you know what I mean). But what about selling the shoes.  Because Nike and Jordan are amongst the best selling shoes.

Crypto Currencies

Q: Is day trading in cryptocurrencies halal? Day trading basically means buying and selling your shares within a day. Note, I have knowledge concerning this subject and for me it is not like gambling. What I do (and almost everyone else does) is checking the chart and based on the chart's movements, I make a decision whether or not it could be a good trade. However, what made me doubt the legitimacy was gharar and maysir. I have done so much research about these terms and it still remains kind of unclear whether it is a form of gharar and/or maysir.
