Writing the girls name on the walimah invitation card
Q: Inshallah, my nikaah is after two months:
1. Is it correct to write or print my brides name on the walima invitation?
2. Can we just write "daughter of ( her father's name)"?

Q: I am now marrried for 13 years. Unfortunetly during my wedding, my father in law had gotten ill. He passed away the day before my wedding. We had cancelled everything and just made the nikaah and fed the guests. We have always wanted to have a good wedding but that had not happened. Our nikaah was mixed with very big loss and most of the elders could not attend. All these years I have yearned for a proper opportunity to be a bride. If we would like to have like a reception or gathering is that Islamically allowed?
Q: Some non Muslims say that your Prophet was cursed. They say he fabricated against God. They give this proof وَلَوْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيْنَا بَعْضَ الْأَقَاوِيلِ Had he falsely attributed some statements to Us. لَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُ بِالْيَمِينِ We would have seized him by the right arm. ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ الْوَتِينَ
Narrated Ibn Ka'b b. Malik: On the authority of his father: Umm Mubashshir said to the Prophet (ﷺ) during the sickness of which he died: What do you think about your illness, Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)? I do not think about the illness of my son except the poisoned sheep of which he had eaten with you at Khaybar. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: And I do not think about my illness except that. This is the time when it cut off my aorta.
Abu Dawud said: Sometime 'Abd al-Razzaq transmitted this tradition, omitting the link of the Companion, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from the Prophet (ﷺ), and sometimes he transmitted it from al-Zuhri from 'Abd al-Rahman b. Ka'b b. Malik, 'Abd al-Rahman mentioned that Ma'mar sometimes transmitted the tradition in a mursal form (omitting the link of the Companion), and they recorded it. And all this is correct with us.
'Abd al-Razzaq said: When Ibn al-Mubarak came to Ma'mar, he transmitted the traditions in a musnad form (with a perfect chain) which he transmitted as mauquf traditions (statements of the Companions and not of the Prophet).

Q: I like to know the meaning of the name Ifrahim (son of Hazrat Yusaf (alaihis salaam)? People usually say ifrahim but on net it's more like afrahim. Which is more correct in Arabic term?
Being a Muslim, is it a good name to keep?
Q: Is the following correct:
1. 'Aylulah' is the slumber after Fajr Salaat, which causes heaviness and inability to work.

Q: My wife is not responding to me even in basic aspects like respect. I am working out of town and come home every week. If she is in bed then she nevers gets up. She never asks me if I need water or anything. She is always reluctant to have sex and agrees unwillingly. I give Rs 50000 every month for the household expenses. 10 years ago we moved out of my parents home because they told me to divorce her or live seperately. Now I am tired of her attitude. Please guide because I am concerned about my 3 kids.
Q: Why do the the Barelvis call the Deobandis Wahhabis?
Q: If someone got land from a bank by mortgage/loan and due to non payment of the fees, the land was taken by the bank. Is it permissible for me to buy that land after it is auctioned by the bank through the courts system, for the purpose of building a musjid etc.?
Q: A plot of land was made waqaf for a musjid in the 1970s, however no musjid was built on it because of the group areas act. In 1980 a musjid was constructed on another site. All these years the jamaat has been paying rates etc. for the first plot. There is no need to build a second musjid as the town is small and the current musjid suffices for the towns needs. We pose the following questions:
1. Can the land be let out temporarily?
2. Can the jamaat build houses on the land for income permanently?
3. How should the income be utilised?
4. Can the income of the waqf land be utilised for running the affairs of the current musjid?
Q: I have a topic I would like to speak about that I've been trying to read upon but simply can't find anything about it. I recently got married alhamdulilah. Me and my wife spend a lot of time together and alhamdulilah we're looking for a house as soon as possible but I have a feeling we won't consumate the marriage (intimacy) till a long time down the line. I'm just not a sexually active person. I adore my wife and enjoy my time with her so much that sex is never on my mind and she is the same. Is it haram or wrong to wait till the perfect time even if it takes 3-6 months to have sex?
