Qurbaani & Halaal Slaughter

Q: Is it permissible to do qurbani for your late brother if qurbani was not performed for him while living?

Q: In many places, the chicken is slaughtered and then tipped in to the hot water and then the feathers are removed. In all the chicken shops this is the method. Is it permissible to eat this before taking impure parts? Secondly, feather removed by hand instead of using hot water and then roasted to removed small leftover feathers before taking out impure parts, is it permissible?

Q: Aqeeqa should be done by parents. If parents are poor and husband wants to do wife's aqeeqa, is he allowed to do so? A wife whose aqeeqa has been done by husband is she allowed to eat or keep that meat for herself? What will be the procedure of her aqeeqah? Is it a must for her to shave her hair completely? Please answer as soon as possible. Can you answer according to Imam Shafi?

Q: I would like to know that if a person is mentally ill and he makes Qurbaani with his money (which is given to him by the government every month and saved for him), can we eat from that meat or must all be given out?
