The Meat & Skin of the Qurbaani Animal

Organization doing qurbaani for people but not giving each person the meat of their qurbaani animal

Q: Many people including A, B and C are doing their Qurbaani through an organization by paying equal amounts for each animal. The organization, after doing Qurbaani, will give A the meat of B, and B will get the meat of C and so on, i.e. the animal will be slaughtered for someone but its meat will be given to another person. However, in the end, all will get the meat. Is it fine?

Distributing qurbaani meat to relatives

Q: A person thought that he will distribute 15 kg qurbaani meat to some beggars and he will tell his mother to distribute 15 kg meat to some beggars, but after that his mother said to him that you can distribute that meat 15kg) among relatives (who cannot do qurbaani), poor people and beggars. The person distributed that meat to relatives, beggars and poor people. Is there any problem in that?

Hiring a cold room

Q: We find it is becoming common for people to hire cold rooms, refrigerated trucks or trailers for Eid. These equipments are hired out to anyone and have most likely been used for haraam meat before.

1. Could this cause contamination although the meat is not being stored in it at the same time as the haraam meat?

2. How should one go about cleaning the equipment prior to using? Is there a specific manner and specific number of times in which it should be cleaned?
