Forcing someone to perform nafl salaah after Maghrib azaan

Q: In our locality in the middle east, all local people pray Tahiyyatul Masjid between azan and Maghrib and those who don’t pray are sometimes instructed to pray and not to sit without praying; but on the other hand, there are people from India and Pakistan who say if you will pray, our children will get confused and think it is ok to pray at this time. What should we do in this situation? Pray or go in the Masjid and sit waiting for Maghrib prayer?

Performing Tahiyyatul musjid before the fardh of Fajr and Asr

Q:

1. Please advise whether one can read Tahiyyatul Masjid Salaah once Fajr time has set in.

Context to the question: I reach the Masjid and Fajr time has set in. I still need to perform my 2 Rakaats of Fajr Sunnat Salaah. There is sufficient time for the Farz Salaat to commence.

2. Also please advise of the same once Asr Time has set in.

Context to the question: I reach the Masjid and Asr time has set in. I still have sufficient time to perform my 4 Rakaats of Asr Sunnat Salaah. There is sufficient time for the Farz Salaat to commence.

Substitute for due-e-qunoot

Q: I am a person who due to illness cannot concentrate on anything for too long and cannot follow conversations. When I perform my Witr Salaah I cannot recall the Qunoot and sometimes I start then get muddled up and cannot continue further. Prior to my illness I used to recite the qunoot, however now I cannot. Will my salaah be accepted without the qunoot? Is there something which can substitute the Qunoot?
