Witr and Nawaafil

Q: Do Muftis pray Istikharah prayer for fatwas that might lead to schism in Islam or cause hatred to other Muslim sects? Because we are ordered to stay united.

Q: I want to ask that if I fall asleep at night without offering Isha prayer (unintentionally) and then in the middle of night if I wake up, can I offer isha prayer and soon after that tahajjud prayer? Also, do I read tahajjud prayer before witr or after witr (completing isha prayer and then read tahajjud)?

Q: Can a person read his four rakaats of Zuhr (sunnats) at home prior to the azaan being given and proceed to the Musjid to read his four rakaats of Fard with Jamaat. Can this also apply for Jumma Salaah?

Q: When praying our fard salat in the musjid, I was told that we can have the intention of tahiyyatul musjid included in the fard salaah or the sunnahs prayed before the fard. Does this apply also to maghrib salat (i.e. can we combine the fard of maghrib with tahiyyatul masjid), or is it different since that is a three rakaat salah? If it doesn't apply for maghrib, are there any other salaahs for which it doesn't apply too?

Q: The tahajjud when you pray four rakaats or more, is there a salaam in every two rakaats or when you make an intention to perform eight rakaats you will perform it with a salaam on the last rakaat? or on the eight rakaat?

Q: Is it true that Salaatul Istisqaa can be read only for three days. Not more than three days?

Q: Which should be read first, Tahiyyatul Musjid or Tahiyyatul wudhu?

Q: Allah Ta'ala affords and blesses me with Tahajjud. Some times a few minutes before Fajr, I am sometimes so rushed to perform this ibaadah that I tend to forget the proper way, mindset and recommended acts whilst performing this Salaah. Please give me advice on what my connection, mindset should be like at this mubarak time.

Q: What is the Sunnah method of performing Salaatul Haajat?

Q: If one recites dua-e-qunoot loudly, will the salaah be valid?
