Witr and Nawaafil

Q: I have some questions regarding tahajjud.

1. How long before fajr does the time for tahajjud end?

2. What is the sunnah method for performing tahajjud?

3. How do I pray tahajjud during haidh?

Q: My question is regarding istikhara. I performed istikhara regarding a person and recently found out something that would be counted as an obstacle/barrier between me and this person. So I understand that Allah is showing me there is no good in this matter and so my question is that does this mean that this person will never be good for me or perhaps that this person is not good for me in this moment. And I am transgressing against Allah by hoping that we could perhaps reunite, since I genuinely believe this person is good for my deen and aakhirah and I am saying that based on me ignoring my desires and thinking hard whether or not this perosn will help me get closer to Allah.

Q: The first Adhaan for Jumuah Salaah in both the Haramain Sharifain is given well before Zawaal sets in. Can one perform the Four Sunnats of Jumuah after the first Adhaan is given i.e. before the time of Zawaal?

The second Adhaan is given exactly when the Dhuhr time sets in and the Khutbah commences immediately thereafter. There is no time to perform the sunnats after the second Adhaan as the khutbah commences immediately, and if one stands up to perform his sunnats, he will be performing his sunnats while the Khutbah is being delivered. Should one rather perform these four sunnats after completing the Jumuah Salaah?

Q: A person wanted to know what is the daleel (proof) for reading the Dua e Qunoot which the Hanafis recite in Witr Salaah. He was saying that he hasn't found this Dua in the Sihaah Sittah. (The person looks to be reading Islamic literature maybe by himself, currently he is spending some time with us in Jamaat). 

Q: If I make niyat of 4 rakaat sunnah salaah and the imaam starts jamaat salaah, can I make salaam after two rakats to join the jamaat salaah and make the remaining two rakaats after the jamaat salaah?

Q: Please advise on all of the surahs and aayaat which are sunnat to recite in the Fajr Sunnats.

Q: What is the ruling regarding the Sunnat Salaah? I see it where people do not perform the Sunnat Salaah at all. They understand that as long as the Fardh Salaah is done, the obligation of Salaah is complete.

Please advise as to how to best address this.

Q: Is it allowed to pray the 2 rakaat Sunnat e Muakkadah of Esha after I pray Witr prayer? Sometimes in emergency I skipp the sunnat and I wanted to pray it later.

Q: If I am performing the 4 sunnah muakkadah of Zuhr Salaah, and in the last 2 rakaats, I forget to read a surah after Surah Faatihah, but I only realize that I left this out after I have completed my salaah, is my salaah valid or should I repeat it?

Q: We read Fajr Salaah behind a Shafi'ee Imaam. I know that we should not raise our hands when he is reading qunoot. However, should we say aameen softly or not at all (remain quiet) during qunoot?
