Salaah of a sick person

Heating the water for ghusl and performing fajr salaah in its time

Q: A person wakes up in need of a Fardh Ghusl 15 minutes before sunrise. There is no hot water and the person has chronic health issues. Using cold water will cause his health to deteriorate. It takes approximately 15 minutes to heat up sufficient water for Ghusl. If he waits, the time will expire and Fajr Salaah will become Qadha. What should be done in such a situation?

Combining salaahs due to illness

Q: Can I combine my prayers? I have a urine condition where if I go to the toilet, then after a few minutes, I feel that there is a drop of urine coming out.

Due to this condition, I try to not go to the toilet in the daytime so that I can perform my prayers, but it is a painful process to suppress your need to relieve yourself.

Can I combine my Zohr and Asr prayers and then perform the Esha prayer with Maghrib?
