Conditions for the validity of Nikaah

Girl forced into nikaah by her parents

Q: I have a question regarding niqaah. A girl was forced, threatened and pressurized by her parents into the Nikah against her will. So she accepted verbally and in writing against her will and now she is not happy with her husband. She refrains her husband from seclusion, touching and specially having intercourse. She says that the marriage is not valid and she won't live with her husband. Now my question is:

1. If they are not having any kind of physical relation, then will the niqaah be valid? After what time period it will be considered as talaaq if they don't have any physical relation intentionally?

2. If the husband forcefully tries to have some physical relation or touches the wife "forcefully", is it permissible? What will be it's effect on the nikaah?

3. In case the marriage and nikaah is valid, is she permited to ask for Khula'? Please do guide me in detail soon.

Suicide

Q: I was forced for a marriage, I never wanted to marry this man. So I consumed 120 sleeping pills. Unfortunately I did not die but due to the effect of the medicines I was not fully conscious. Under the influence of medicines my nikaah took place. I do not remember any single event of that day. Is my nikaah valid?

Nikaah of the girl without her permission

Q: I have a question about the validity of Nikah. I loved a guy and my sister and dad found out about it, without allowing me to tell them anything and express my feelings they got me engaged to my cousin without my permission but I don't really understand what sort of nikah it was because they never asked me but I still love the person I am involved with and I want to get married to him because I know he is the right guy for me. If I get married without the consent of my parents, will my nikah with that person be valid? Please I need the answer as soon as possible, and also if I want to run away from the house and come back afterwards when everything gets back to normal, just need to know if my nikaah will be valid and accepted in Islam?

Nikaah without witnesses

Q: My question is about Nikaah. One person did nikaah to woman like this. They both wrote on a paper that in the name of Allah I accept you as wife and husband. Then they speak verbally three times to each other kabool he kabool he. Then boy gives her haq mahar. Then the boy told many people he has did nikaah for gawaah or witness after some time. Is that nikaah valid?

Girl not accepting the nikaah

Q: A friend of mine was forcibly married to her cousin. She never accepted the marriage and clearly said no to marriage at the time of Nikah. She kept asking for divorce and her husband would say OK. In one conversation she told him, she would not come to him and does not want to keep the relationship of marriage. He said OK and replied, he would not come to her either. It's been 20 years since and they have no marital relations. They do not live together. It's the nikah/marriage still valid our broken ? She has not received any mahr after marriage and she doesn't want anything from him.
