Various masaail of Nikaah

Q: I have recently got married last month but our honeymoon was full of eyn (bad eye) and shytan. During the honeymoon my wife would talk and have open conversations with taxi drivers and walk ahead of me and always on her phone and we had a fight where I lightly slapped her on the side of her head. Also she did not allow me to have sex with her for the last 7 days of the honeymoon. She did not respect me and was very rude in the manner she spoke to me in and 2 nights she slept in a different room! She would always be on her phone and not talk to me I told her many times I don't like this but she said I don't care! There have been soooo many issues during this time! She has disrespected me telling me that I do not want your money and take ur presents back!

Before the honeymoon she had asked for divorce 4 times because I contact her too much call and text too much. When she went home she told her family about me slapping her and her family obviously went crazy n want divorce now but it's still debatable!!

So I am now in a situation where there is another lady I loved before this arranged marriage and I wish to marry her. Do I need by islam to confirm with the first wife or should I wait till I'm divorced?? I want to know what to do and what is halal and what is haram. 

Q: Is marriage obligatory for the men living in a place where the number of women are more than men so that no woman stays unmarried?

Q: Suppose a person is committing sexual sins but he can't stop committing sins by other ways than marriage. Will marriage be still fard for him? What if he or she fears to not giving the spouse his or her rights?

Q: Is It necessary/compulsory for husband and wife to live together if/after they consummated the marriage (via having jimaa) and if they don't live together will they get sin?

Q:

1. A Non-Muslim married couple who were married from before, after reverting to Islam, is it compulsory for the couple to do Nikah again?

2. In the above situation, after accepting Islam, if its compulsory to do Nikah again, is mahr (dowry) compulsory?

3. Is the Nikah valid just by registering the marriage?

Q: I am engaged but I am unclear about the boys deeni committments. I think he doesn't know much about deen as he says that he is a simple Muslim and thats it. Can you please guide me as to what questions should my family ask him in order for the the nikah to be valid? Is it necessary to question his aqaaid if he offers namaaz?

Q: My question is I’m getting my nikaah done in dec and might get rukhsti in 2019. My question is how long it is allowed to keep a nikah before rukhsti any specific time period. Because I heard we cannot keep nikaah more than a year rukhsti should be done before a year.

Q: Please provide ruling on hiding the grooms shoes during wedding (Nikaah) ceremonies. Is it permissible in Islam? What are its origins? If it's not permissible then how to convince our Muslim brethren about this issue? Please provide your valuable suggestions.

Q: If wife dont want to have sex for a long time even if I ask for it (I need a boy baby). She said that I can't. Hence if I go have sex with other women to relax my feelings, is this a sin or what can I do for sex? From my side I am giving how much I can.

Q: I am married for seven years and have two kids aged 5 years and one eleven months old daughter. Whenever I seek intercourse from my wife, she declines me nine out of ten times, because she is either busy, she is tired most of the times, she is not well and that she has to take care of the children (these are the reasons according to her) and I am left being frustrated and when this kind of reasons are given I cannot oppose it and ask her forcefully. Sometimes we have intercourse just once in many weeks. I do not know what to do about this situation because it creates lots of frustration sometimes. Please help me with this. Also my wife feels that two children are enough where as I do want another child. She has refused me and have warned me as well to go leave her if I want another child. What I can do is in this situation to convince her?
