Janaazah

Q: A certain persons granny is non muslim and is on her death bed. She would like to know:

1. Can she and her family attend the funreal / service if it is held at a church?
2. Can they attend the function held after the burial which would be at a church? (From what I understand it is a meal with the family)
3. Can her mum accept and use inheritance from her non muslim mum?
4. Also a muslim sister says that she has reseacrhed that niqaab is not fardh for hanafis. Could I please have some information proving that it is fardh?

Q: Is it permissible to read Surah Fatiha at a Muslims grave?

Q:

1. Can we read Quran/Yaseen etc for the people who died so that they will get sawaab and all their sins will be forgiven?
2. Who can read? I mean.. will this be accepted only if sons/daughter read for thier parents? or anyone can read for anyone who died?

Q: Is it permissible to donate food to poor people or feed them with the intention of conveying the reward to people who have passed away?

Q: What happens after one dies. After one is questioned is the body dead until the Day of Judgement or is the persons punishment started upon burial. Also is the deceased aware of what's happening in the world after burial. Does the rooh (sprit) of the decease ever visit the world to see what's happening amongst their family and friends?

Q:

1. I wanted to ask if just say when a father passes away and his daughter is in haidh or nifaas then can she see the body and if not why and should she attend the funeral?
2. Also I wanted to ask the maslah about the wife seeing the husbands body when he has passed away can she see it and can the husband see his wife's body? And why is their nikaah broken because he passed away or she passed away? Or what if she is in nifaas or haidh can she see the body?

Q: In front of mayyit can we read qura'an? In India people sit in front of mayyith and read qura'an.

Q: I want to know can spouses touch, see each other or perform Ghusal after death of any one of them, as I have heard that as soon as one of them die Nikkah gets canceled and no one can touch or see dead body of other partner?

Q: What can I do after my father's death? Can I recite the Qur'an and Salaatul Maghfirah for him or not?

Q: I was told the extra words in the Sana of Janaza salah وجل ثناءوك (wajalla sanauka) should not be recited in Janazah salaah because it is not proven from Hadith or the practice of the Sahaba and is a bidat. Is this correct?
