Janaazah

Q: Is it correct that performing the Janaazah Salaah in the last saff is most rewarding? If this is true, then what is the reason?

Q: Is it permissible in Islam to construct tombs over graves. Similarly is it permissible to place sheets over graves?

Q: I have read many times the holy Quran Alhamdulilah in the past. My friends grandad died recently. Can I make isaalus sawab of one Quran to him?

Q: What is the Shar'ee law of planting flowers or planting trees on graves?

Q: It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The martyrs are five: the one who dies of the plague, the one who dies of a stomach disease, the one who drowns, the one who is crushed beneath a falling wall, and the martyr who is killed for the sake of Allaah.” So My question is that “Does a person who died of Gallbladder cancer attain the status of a martyr?”

Q: 

1. Do the Saffs for janazah salaah have to be straightening as the saff for normal salaah?
2. Is passing in front of the musalli in janazah salaah serious as the other salaah?
3. Who has got more right to pray the janazah salaah on a mayyit; the imam of the locality or the wali of the mayyit?
4. In the case where the mayyit is from another locality, which imam has the priority, the local imam or the imam of that particular locality?
5. Is it Mustahab to make special journey to visit the graves of the awliyah?
6. Is it mustahab to cover with a cloth the grave of such girls who did not yet reach the age of puberty, but they have sexual desires (similar to those matured girls)?

Q:

1. Is it mustahab, sunnat muakkadah, ghair muakkadah or wajib for the imam who is leading the janaazah salaah to have a beard which is a full fist in length?
2. If the imam does not have a fist-length beard, is it permissible for him to perform the salaah?

Q: Is it allowed in Islam to attend funerals of non Muslim and go into churches for funeral ceremonies. Please put some light on this.

Q:

1. Desire for death in order to meet Allah. Is it virtuous and recommended?
2. Is there any significance in going to the qabrastan on special nights (shabe baraat, lailatul qadr, eid etc)?
3. What answer can be given to those who say that janazah salaah does take place in Masjid-e-haraam?
4. If a person joins the janazah salaah after the fourth takbeer before the salaam. How should he join the jama’ah. Will he be considered as a masbooq?
5. Is it mentioned in any authentic books that the Messenger of Allah gave ghusl to the dead?

Q:  

1. Is putting itr on the kafn permissible.
2. If someone made wasiyah for so and so to bath him, to give him kafan, to pray his janazah salaah ect. Will the wasiyah be fulfilled whereas the wali has more right for these things?
3. What answer can be given about the qamees to the riwayah of Saheeh Boukhari that there was no qamees and imamah in the kafan of Rasulullaah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)?
