Q: If I ask a scholar a question and he gives me a fatwa, is it necessary to follow that? Does necessary mean wajib?

Q: I did istikhara to know if my sister's manghetter will continue to have relationships with bad girls after he comes here (in Italy) after he gets married to my sister.

Q: Suppose a person used to fear fornication once but he did not get married. Now he does not fear sins anymore and can control his desires. Is marriage still obligatory for him?

Q: If a person fears that he will commit fornication if he does not get married, is it obligatory to get married? What if he once committed fornication but he necessarily does not fear it. It just happened once. Is marriage obligatory for him? What if he does not want to get married and if forced to marry he might not give his spouse her rights?
