Giving damm due to being unable to perform umrah after going into ihraam

Q: I went from my home in Jeddah for Umrah with the niyat after performing 2 rakaat nafil. At the checkpost I was stopped and the government didn’t let us do Umrah regardless of permit saying the state has issued new orders post magrib.

Now we came home back to Jeddah, trimed my hair and took off Ihram. I have lived the whole day today normally and even cut my nails.

Do we have to give Dam? We were forced to not perform our Umrah so it was the state rule and we had no way. We can’t give Dam in Makkah as they are only allowing Hajjis and this means we cannot visit Makkah before 50 days now and perform our Umrah. We cannot live in the state of Ihram for that long. Please guide.

Sending a kissing emoji to one's wife in the state of ihraam

Q: On 8 Zul Hijjah in the state of ihram, while chatting with my wife, I sent my wife a kissing emoji with good night message in a mobile, as I usually send to my wife when we chat. I sent it to her just in a normal chatting way, not by lust, she was also in the state of ihram, but she was in next tent to me.

My question is, is there is damm of a badana? Or my hajj is complete or invalid?

Using scented soap in ihraam

Q: I heard that taking a bath before going to Arafat from Mina is Sunnah. So I took a bath with soap in the state of ihram. Also, I used that same soap on my head. Before taking a shower, I smelt the soap and i didnt feel any scented/perfume. Also, it didn't see anything mentioned on the soap cover about it being scented/perfumed. So after I returned to my home country, I noticed that it was scented/perfumed soap.

So my question is, is my Hajj Mabroor/accepted or not? Should I give sadaqa or damm? Is it possible if I give someone money to do damm/sadaqa in Makkah for me?
