Q: I'm in haidh and today I saw a discharge that appeared both yellow and clear, but it seemed to look more clear. so I decided to do ghusl. Is this correct?

Q: I normally get my haidh on a Thursday which is tomorrow but this month I saw some spotting on Tuesday which was yesterday and today there isn't anyting. Considering I expect my haidh to start tomorrow, do I read salaat or not? 

Q: Someone wants to wear the niqaab for long time but keeps getting put off. She is 60 years old. Is it compulsory for her to wear niqaab. She does wear cloak and scarf.

Q: It is not permissible to shave underarms during periods, what is the ruling for shaving moustache or other facial hairs ?

Q: I would like to clarify Mufti Sahebs opinion on girls attending universities and going a step further and encouraging them to do so. The reason why we are asking is because of Ml Ebrahim Bham of the Jamiatul Ulama who promotes this in public gatherings and Ulama groups as recent (as the day before yesterday).

Many Ulama and students of Deen are confused in this matter and other matters as they say Ml refers his matters to Hazrat Mufti Saheb and visits the madrasah occasionally.

Q: I study in a co university. Yesterday was my first class. A guy came and sat next to me. He seem to know nothing about using the computer and kept asking me questions. Is it permissible to help na mahram regarding studies with no impure intentions? Also, he was sitting really close to me. Is that haram?

Q: My haidh started on November 7. I was paak either on 14 or 15 November (I do not remember which, and my habit is 7-8 days). Today, on November 28, a little before Fajr, I started bleeding again. Is this haidh or istihaadah? Do I have to pray or not? 

Q: Whenever I go out of the house, I wear a plain black, very loose abaya that isn't possible to see my body shape, a dupatta and a single-flap niqab which you can see my eyes. Someone said that I have to cover my eyes and I have to wear a burqa over my abaya even if it is loose. I don't go to shopping malls, amusement centres, etc. So is it necessary?

1. What is the period of iddat after divorce?

2. When does it apply?

3. If a woman is seperated from her husband for the last one year, then whats her iddat period?

Q: I've come across on Muftionline that Mufti Saheb had mentioned regarding a person covering their hair during eating is something that Mufti Saheb had not come across. Is there any virtue that a woman covers her hair during eating? Anything about drawing barakah? There are quite a lot of people who say to cover the hair whilst eating. Another thing, like the above, is there any virtue in a woman covering her hair whilst sleeping?
