Reciting from digital devices

Q: Can one read Quran on the laptop without wudhu? Not touching the screen but using mouse for (scrolling)?

Q: I had a question regarding whether or not one is allowed to read the Qur'an through his phone without wudu? I have the PDF version of the Qur'an on my laptop and I wanted to read it in school. I don't have wudhu all the time so is it possible if I can read the Qur'an through my laptop or phone without wudhu, or is compulsory to have wudhu?

Q: People recite the Qur'an from the phone and watch YouTube or movie on the same phone. So is it right to download the Qur'an on the mobile phone?

Q: I have a Qur'an application on my phone. At times my wudu just won't last. Wind problem. So I end up reading with no wudhu. I turn the pages on the screen with my finger (my finger is wrapped in a piece of cloth). Is this permissible.

Q: Can I touch the Qur'an on the phone without wudhu?

Q: Is it permissible to touch a quran on the phone witout wudhu?

Q: Can I recite or hold the Qur'aan without wudhu? Because i've heard that you will be able to hold the Qur'aan but the reward you will get is not like the reward that you will get with wudhu, in other words your reward is less.

Q: Can I pray Qur'an from a mobile application without having wudhu, is it permissible? If yes will I get the same reward like of reciting qur'an with wudhu, because I am suffering from urine incontinence although I am not a mazoor?

Q: My question is that can we recite the Qur'an-e-majeed from the mobile phone? Can we download the Qur'an on the mobile phone?

Q: We download the Quran on our cell phones. Do we have to respect our phones like we do for real paper Quran? Like not sitting on it, not touching it without ablution etc and what about the memory card if there is a Quran stored in it? What is the ruling?
