Driving non-mahrams

Q: Where I'm working, I know the people quite well. I've been working here for about 3 years or so now.

They give me duties to do, example, to take their mother or wife or sister to go shopping or to transport them from one place to another.

I personally don't like doing that because they are non mahram. My wife gets angry with me when I do those things and she doesn't speak to me.

If I do tell my boss that I can't do those duties, I know personally they will fire me or treat me differently although they are Muslims. What should I do?

Assisting a non-mahram woman

Q: Is a brother (caller of Islam) obliged to continue helping a sister with disabilities if she has no one? She learns the deen through him instead of others. If the brother is choosing to not help her, will he be responsible before her in the Hereafter? He is choosing to not help her, because he cannot deal with her.

Giving non-mahram females a lift

Q: I have three questions:

1. An apa teaching in a madressah, sometimes she doesn’t have a lift so a Moulana picks her up with his small daughter in the car. Is this permissible?

2. From my work to the train station is approximately 1km, the cleaners ask me to drop them off

a) If there are 3 females and only and me is this permissible?

b) If a male staff member accompanies me?

3. In my office there is a like window separating two section, the section is regarded as the buyers office and my office is regarded as the computer room, May Allah make my magfirtat we have 3 males and one female sometimes the other 2 males go out, is it permissible if someone is still in the buyers office or is it necessary for me to leave the office till they return, are the offices regarded as one since there is no door or hindrance to go from the buyers office to the computer room?
