Omitting one Surah in between two Surahs
Q: Is it makrooh to recite a Surah in the 1st rakaat and then skip a Surah and recite the next Surah in the second rakaat?

Q: Recently I learned to read the Quran and learned that a lot of the surahs I recite during salah (including Fatiha), I had been misprouncing. It was small mistakes like pronouncing س in places where there should be ص or ث. Was my salah valid even with these mistakes?
Q:
1. If an Imaam recited an aayah of Surah Naba incorrectly in the fardh of Esha i.e. instead of reciting لاَ يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إلّٰا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمٰنُ, he recited لاَ يَتَكَلَّمُونَ مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ الرَّحْمٰنُ, will the salaah break?
2. If the salaah breaks, then if among the muqtadis there was a person who was a musaafir, should the musaafir muqtadi repeat four rakaats or two rakaats?
3. If the mistake was in Esha salaah and the Esha has to be repeated, then will a person who has performed witr after the esha salaah have to repeat the witr salaah as well?
Q: A person was offering fajr and recited Surah Al A'laa in it. However, the person missed 4 ayat in the middle of the surah (from ayah 12 to ayah 16) and also did not do sajdah sahw. Should the prayer be repeated?
Q: In the third or fourth rakaat of a four rakaat fardh salaah, a person mistakenly recited a surah after Surah Faatihah. If sajda-e-sahw is not made, is the salaah valid or does the salaah need to be repeated?
Q: I was a masbooq for esha salaah and in the surah after surah fatiha I think I missed out a few words in surah nasr in the last aayat due to some disturbance. I think the words were 'was tagh fir'. In this situation do you need to make sajda e sahw and do I need to repeat my salaah?
Q:
1. How will one correct themsleves if they make the follwoing mistakes in Salaah.
1.1. Doubt which word it is and so reads both e.g. ya'lamoon and ta'lamoon
1.2. Gets stuck and cannot complete the ayaat
1.3. After completing the salaah (nafl or fardh) realise they read an ayah incorrect or missed out a part
Q: I recently led the jamaat for zuhr salaah and for some reason I have doubts and cannot recall if I read the same surah in the 1st and 2nd rakaat (after surah faatiha). I don't know the two gentleman that read behind me. What should I do to rectify this? What if I cannot find them?
Q: One recites a passage from the Quran as a Surah in salaat. However, after completion of the salaat, there is a lingering doubt in one's mind that the last ayaat was not recited correctly but cannot recall exactly what one recited. What then should one do?
Q: I got two questions;
1. Do we need to recite anything while praying behind an Imam? Is it compulsory to read a surah?
2 When we reciting fathiha or a surah in a prayer, what if we do a mistake and we realize it at the moment, what shall we do? Example 01- When we reciting surah al naas and after recitng half we random come up with another verse of another surah like surah al quraysh. Example 02, when we reciting surah al nas half and what if we cant remember the other half ? Can we skip the surah?
