Q: Agar kisi shakhs ko nikaah me gawaah banaya jaye to us shaks ne agar apni zindagi me koi aysi baat ki ho jis say uska imaan khatam ho gaya ho lekin na usse pata ho na jiska gawaah ban raha he usse pata ho to kiya nikaah ho jaye ga aur uski gawaahi mani jaye gi?

Q: Ek shakhs ne do shaadiya ki. Doosri biwi ki do aulad he, ek beta aur ek beti. Ab pehli biwi ne doosri biwi ki beti ke beti ko apna doodh pilaya do mah ki umar me. To ab uss hi bache ki shadi doosri biwi ki beti yani apni phoupo ki beti say ho gai or us main say is ke do bache bhi ho gayi. Ab ja ke maloomat huwi ke pehli biwi ne dossri biwi ki beti ke beti ko doodh pilaya tha. To kiya ab un do ka nikah jaiz he?

Q: Agar tajdeed-e-imaan ke ba'd tajdeed-e-nikaah kiya jaye to kiya usme hum mahr rakh sakte he? Although mehr is not needed, I read it somewhere, but is there any problem if we keep the mahr in tajdeed-e-niksah after tajdeed-e-imaan?
