Q: I have the habit of performing salaah with my eyes closed, and by doing that I think I can concentrate better than if my eyes are opened. What is the sunnah, to keep the eyes closed or open during salaah?

It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that a man said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have wealth and a son, and my father wants to take all my wealth." He said: "You and your wealth belong to your father."

This means that all my wealth including the part of my wife and children in my wealth belongs to my father. He can snatch my wealth when he wants?

Q: Is it permissible for a momen (believer) woman who has young children to stay in the same house but different room with a husband who is acting hypocritically (Allah knows he wants to irritate his wife by refusing to pray and use of improper words, swearing etc. because he doesn't like his wife or he is really what he shows), or she should divorce, as she doesn't want to be divorced unless living with that kind of husband is Haram. If divorce is not mandatory she is ready to have saber until she is alive because Allah's satisfaction is more impotent then everything else to her.

Q: I am in quite a predicament I need advice please. We have a person that reverted and became murtad due to marriage issues with her husband who was Muslim. The person in question taught at our Muslim school before marriage. We currently have a vacancy and she applies and claims to be Muslim. People that got her married and had personal interaction realise that this person character is manipulative and deceiving. 1) If a murtad returns to deen what is the process.

2) If she was divorced should she do iddat and even if she went murtad.

3) Your advice with employing a character of such a nature at a Muslim school considering she will be a role model.

Q: I got a son two month fifteen days ago but could not offer the aqeeqa due to my illness in due time but now I want to offer it. Now if I buy two goats and give it to any Madrasah for feed. Is it valid?

Q: Kindly tell me what is the difference between Azaan and Iqaamah? Kindly consider this Hadith "The people mentioned the fire and the bell (they suggested those as signals to indicate the starting of prayers), and by that they mentioned the Jews and the Christians. Then Bilaal was ordered to pronounce Adhan for the prayer by saying its wordings twice, and for the Iqama (the call for the actual standing for the prayers in rows) by saying its wordings once. (Iqama is pronounced when the people are ready for the prayer). Sahi Bukhari Volume 1, Book 11, Number 577 in Azaan we saying words twice but in iqamah we saying words once as mentioned in above hadees. Kindly now tell me your answer as per Quran and Hadees.

Q: A person performed his Esha and Witr Salaah on a particular day. Later, he realized that his Esha Salaah was not valid (after the time for Esha and Witr had expired). Should he just perform the qada of Esha (since it was invalid) or should he also perform the qada of Witr (even though he performed witr correctly)?

Q: Is it correct to believe in things that people say like when washing a baby's clothes, one should not wring or twist it as it twists the baby's stomach or baby's should not share clothes as it might pass something on.
