Q: A girl got a good proposal for her marriage. Everybody is satisfied with all other aspects except the boy's age, he is only one year older than the girl so, as the girls get older soon due to delivery and all, girls parents are in confusion whether to accept the proposal or not. May mufti Saheb please give your precious suggestion in this regard?
Q: Is the nikaah over if a husband and a wife are separated for 2 years? One of my Muslim sisters has been married for 3 years. She hated him because when she got pregnant he told her to do abortion just four months after the marriage and he left her until she delivered the baby then he was back to her and after she forgave him they were staying in separate homes while she was taking care of her sick mom. He did zina with another woman and after two months they were back together again. Then he told her about what he did and since then she never consider him as her husband and she asked him for divorce but he never granted her divorce. He said to her since I did this mistake you can do whatever you want and I will be ready to accept you then we will be equal and she hated him even more. After one year she travelled to another country and she liked a guy which she wants to marry but she is confused if her nikaah is over or cancelled since it's been almost two years now that they are not living together and she doesn't want him but he is refusing to give her talaaq.
Q: If one is in debt and still paying it off, can one accept a sponsor if they are sponsoring for Hajj?
Q: Is it right to do a Quran khaani for a person who has passed away recently? If it is wrong can you provide evidence and information as to why it is wrong for example hadeeth, etc?
Q: The tahajjud when you pray four rakaats or more, is there a salaam in every two rakaats or when you make an intention to perform eight rakaats you will perform it with a salaam on the last rakaat? or on the eight rakaat?
Q: I just want to clarify something, i've read that when someone performs Salaah he should look straight so what does it mean? What I know is that when someone performs Salaah he should look at the floor where his forehead be placed when he is in sujood. What is the correct way to perfrom Salaah?
Q: I have been married for 15 years. Recently due to a financial problem my husband has distance himself from me saying that it's stress related. We are hardly together as a married couple should be. Please if there's a dua that I could read that would soften him and let us have the relationship we once had. I strongly believe in reading my duas daily but I'm not sure of anyone in specific.

Q: My husband gave me two talaaqs about three months or so and he said to me two days ago if I want my talaak, I can take it and go. Is this considered as my third talaak given or not and he was under the influence of alcohol and he was extremely angry.
Q: There are many colour dyes available in the market. It is said that using these dyes are haraam because it contains chemicals if they are applied on beard they prevent the hair from getting wet. It is obligatory that the beard should get wet while doing wudhu else our wudhu is invalid. Please clarify? Do these latest dyes cover the hair with a layer like nail polish or they bleach the hair with colour? Even if we use these chemical dyes the hair gets wet and washed while bathing. I fail to understand how only while doing wudhu they don’t get wet and washed? This defies logic and science. Please advise.
