Q: Can I purchase a vehicle through ABSA Islamic Finance or through any other banks Islamic facilities?

Q: This morning I was going to wake for fajar and heard the namaz and saw someone else in the bathroom so I closed my eyes and waited. I didn't realise that I fell asleep and when I got back up it was still dark so I rushed to the bathroom to make wudhu. I am a very doubtful person so making wudhu takes some time but I am trying to get better and did it as fast as I could. When I came back I looked outside and it was still a dark blue and there was little  yellow in the far back so I quickly started praying. I didn't think it was that late as fajar happens around 6. I thought it might be 6:30 at the latest but after I prayed 2 sunnats I checked my phone and it was almost 7. So I finished my namaaz. I know it is bad to delay prayer and I didn't mean to. I am so worried I might have prayed in the forbidden time but I remember reading that if you didn't mean to delay fajar prayer you can pray as soon as you remember or wake up so did I do the wrong thing? How do I fix this?

Q: I know the moustache should be trimmed for men but is it true that any food that touches it becomes makrooh?

Q: I was wondering, what should one do when they cannot remember all the people that they have wronged? What will happen to me on the day of resurrection if I cannot remember?

Q: My parents are going to urus. Actually my mom is ill. She don't want to go but my father is very arrogant and if she doesn't go, he will use bad words. What should I do?

Q: There is one girl. Her age is around 25. She is still not matured as she didn't get haidh yet. Is is because Allah Ta'ala's la'nat is on her because she consulted with many Doctors and hakeems but nothing happened. Please let me know what Allah Ta'ala says regarding this issue.

Q: If the aqeeqa of a child is not done within 7 days, is it then done on 14th, 21st, 28th and so on days (multiple of 7 days) or can it be done on any days after 7 days? Please can you inform me on these issues.

Q: Could Mufti Saheb please advise me as to what should be done if haidh comes to an end whilst one is in transit at an airport?

1. It is reported in the Hadith that, “He who has a morning meal of seven ajwa dates will not suffer harm that day through poison or magic.” (Bukhari, Hadith 5327 and Muslim, Hadith 3814)

2. Hazrat ‘Aisha (Radiyallahu Anha) reported Allah’s Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) as saying, “The ajwa dates of al-‘Aliya contain healing, and they are an antidote (when taken) first thing in the morning.” (Muslim, Hadith 3815)

I have a question regarding the two Ahaadith above. Do ajwa dates have to be taken at fajr time which is morning time Islamically, because these Ahaadith clearly say that it should be taken in the morning, or is any time during the day okay, provided it's the first thing eaten? If it has to be taken first thing at fajr time, does your stomach need to be empty? The reason for me asking is that I usually eat a heavy dinner at late night and my stomach is still full at fajr time. Also, what are Aliya ajwa dates and do you know where Aliya Ajwa dates are sold? 

Q: Can you please explain what exactly Ajwa dates are, and give a brief history on it? Also, are all the dates in Madina referred to as Ajwa Dates?
