Q: Can a wife refuse her husband from having relations with her due to being very tired and in need of sleep?

Q: A proposal has come for me but my parents are not calling them so that they can come to our home. They are waiting for their call. Meanwhile, they are signing me up for an online university. As I’m unmarried, I have alot of thoughts about marriage and I cannot stop thinking about it to the point that any mention of marriage makes me feel sad that I’m not part of this union with someone.

What should I pray to Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) for? For the best solution, whether it is marriage or studying online, or should I beg Him for a good spouse?

Q: In recent years, we have seen a trend where Muslim homes put up decorations for Ramadaan and Eid on a wall or corner with banners of Ramadaan Mubarak or Eid Mubaarak, signs, paper flower decorations, light up signs, lanterns, door wreaths, etc.

Is this permissible or can it be surmounted to following the kuffaar way of Christmas decorations?

Q: I am not understanding how it is permissible to read a para only once but make intention for different khatams (eg. my own personal one,  someones mayyit,  for my group.) How can I read the para only once but its for two or three different khatams ?

Q:  Some of my clothes are only see-through when looked at closely. The skin can only be seen underneath if there is enough light and if I look very closely but to an onlooker from afar, they would not be able to see my skin. Am I allowed to wear such clothes during Namaaz, which are opaque and not transparent but only see-through from a near distance?

1. Does repentance wipe out previous sins?

2. Am I always obliged to confess to the one whom I've wronged even if this might bring severe enmity?

3. How do I feel regret during repenting?

Q: In Islamic law, how is a piece of empty land with no house constructed on it gifted?

Is the land register document required to be handed over to the recipient alongwith a verbal statement or just a verbal statement is sufficent?

1. Is selling cosmetics which are used for make-up halaal?

2. Is it permissible to invest in such a business by buying shares/stocks?

Q: Is it permissible to go for honeymoon?

Q: Is it a sin to migrate to a non-Muslim country from a Muslim country if one knows that they will be able to practice deen freely? The purpose of migration is to be close to their near and dear ones and not for a better lifestyle.
