Selling scented candles and other scented products

Q:

1. I wanted to open a candle making business where I make scented candles and candles using resin and epoxy with pearls and stones for decoration. Is this permissible?

2. I also wanted to ask that my business will have everything to do with scents so sprays for the house and bamboo stick scents, candle massage oils and I’ll be selling to other companies like Checkers, YuppieChef and event planners to put as centre pieces for weddings. I would also like to do oud bars at weddings for customised weddings. I will also be selling ironing scents. Where, after the clothing is ironed it will be hanged and underneath it the bakhoor spoke will freshen the clothing. All of this will be from my home.

Please remember me in your special duas, May Allah grant me barakah and Aafiyah.

Water dripping from the limbs for wudhu to be valid

Q: A scholar mentioned that it is fardh (obligatory) for two drops of water to fall from every hair and part of the skin that must be washed in wuḍūʾ. If this does not occur, it will be considered as masah (wiping) rather than proper washing. However, another scholar stated that as long as two drops of water fall from the entire limb, the wuḍūʾ will be valid, and it will be considered as washed. Which of these opinions is correct according to the Sharīʿah?

Providing the internet to someone who uses it for lawful and unlawful purposes

Q: What is the ruling on providing the internet to someone who uses it for lawful and unlawful purposes, given that some liken it to renting a house for a disobedient Muslim or an infidel? Is this true? What is the response to this comparison? Is there any doubt about the matter? Please clarify, as the matter concerns my parents. If there is any doubt about it, is it more important to obey one's parents?

Women wearing rings made of stone

Q: Could Mufti Saheb kindly advise if women are allowed to wear rings of stone.

Alhamdulillah I have learnt that women are not allowed to wear rings of different metals besides gold or silver. But, are women allowed to wear rings completely made of jade, agate, other stones or possibly, other materials such as plastic?
