Hadd for a person that was raped

Q:

1. If a woman got raped by a man and it's proven Islamically, would she also be punished? If not then what would be the punishment of the man.

2. Does Islam recognize the concept of woman raping a man, for example if she tied his limbs and had intercourse with him. And it was proven that it did happen. Will the man be punished as well? If not then what will be the punishment for the woman?

Wudhu breaking by laughing aloud in salaah

Q: I have some questions regarding laughing aloud (such that another person can here you) in salaah. I have seen multiple views and do not know which one is correct.

1. Can you touch the Quraan afterwards (i.e. is it hadath or not)?

2. For those who say it is for reprimanding the person, not hadath, according to them can you make tawaaf with that wudhu, or is tawaaf similar to salaah therefore tawaaf is invalid with that wudhu?

Accepting a car which is insured as a gift

Q: A person’s parents bought and gifted him a car. The car is under insurance. This person does not want the insurance and told his parents to take it out. His parents do not want to remove the insurance.

1. Is it permissible for him to use and drive the car?

2. If he meets in an accident and the insurance pays for the damages of the car and the car gets fixed, will it be permissible to drive the car after it has been fixed. This person does not want the insurance and he told his parents to remove it but they don’t want to.

Repeating the salaah performed with a bleeding mouth

Q: Please assist in the scenario below:

I went for a tooth extraction at 16H15 (Asr time sets in at 16H00 but I had not yet performed Asr). Just before Asr time ended I made Wudhu and prayed Asr with blood still coming out. The blood stopped during the time of Maghrib, so Maghrib Salah was no issue.

My question is if I have to repeat Asr as I was not yet a Mazoor (as the bleeding was not found for a complete Salaah time) but I had to pray Asr with my mouth bleeding as time was running out.

Iddat for a revert woman previously married to a Hindu

Q: Few months back my very close friend started to like a Hindu girl (who is married to a Hindu with 1 child). Me and 1 more common friend knew about it. We advised him to move away but this girl was separated from her husband (but still in marriage) as this guy used to drink and beat her up. She is not happy rather scared of him. On our explaining, he convinced her and she had converted to Islam. We follow hanafi fiqh and as per our knowledge her previous relationship (marriage) is finished with Islam.

Is it okay for us to do my friend's nikah with her after completion of iddah (3 periods). Is it allowed as per Islam? There is no way she wants to go back to her husband as she is already separated. Doing divorce will cost a lot in Bhutan (her own country) and she can not afford it? Please guide us if we can do nikah for him and her.
