Q: A woman who is a Shaafi and doesn't have the strength to get out of bed for wudhu and salaah, what should she do?

Q: Is it allowed to read Quraan without touching it in the state of haidh?

Q: Is it permissible to read the Quls and blow on oneself and on one's children while in the state of haidh or nifaas? 

Q: If I had a credit card debt with Woolworths and I couldn't afford to pay it at the time so the debt was ceded by a company called nimble against my will at the time, do I have to pay nimble anything. Woolworths is not saying that I owe them anymore. How do I make sure that no one has a claim against me on qiyaamat?

Q: I want to ask what are virtues or benefits of reciting:

 سَلَامٌ قَوْلًا مِّن رَّبٍّ رَّحِيمٍ 

which is ayat-58 of Surah-e-Yaseen? I have heard that reciting it frequently is beneficial for good livelihood and health and so many other things.

Q: I prayed to Allah that I really wanted something and I made I’m not sure like intention I guess or I said that like I’ll be on my kinda best behaviour or just stay away from sins etc. because I wanted that thing. 

Is this permissible to do? To stay away from sinning so that Allah grants you your dua and gives you what u want? Or does abstaining from sin and doing good have to be solely for attaining Jannah? 

Is what I’m doing counting as doing it for Allah’s sake because I feel unsure and don’t want to do it for the sake of gaining something and get no rewards? How can I make it so that I get rewarded and get what I want in regards to a worldly gain I want?

Q: Can I cut off lights and water from a tenant until overdue rent is paid? 

Q: I wish to purchase a second hand vehicle from a dealer. All vehicles are sold with warranty. Vehicle is selling for 100k. However, it is mentioned that the price of the vehicle is R85000 and the price of the warranty is R15000 but the vehicle cannot be purchased without the warranty. Will such a purchase be permissible? 

Q: 

1. Would it be disliked if someone bowed their head till their chin touched or almost touched their upper chest, in the standing or sitting positions of the prayer (while keeping their eyes at the various sunnah positions during the prayer)? If so, for what reason would it be disliked, and when would it not be disliked? 

2. If they did this out of feeling comfortable, would it be disliked?

Q: 1. When a lady performs her salaah, it is recommended to make intention of nafl itikaaf, is this correct? 

2. Will only her musallah be considered as the itikaaf area, or if she is reading in her bedroom, will her bedroom also be considered as the area of itikhaaf?
