Q: My husband bought some damaged Qurans from the local masjid to our home around 18 months ago. He repaired the broken spines and returned many. However he has kept a few in our house and also in my in laws house because they are large print. At the time I raised my concern they are community property. Im concerned they are waqf, perhaps donated by someone in the community for local charity, and now we have them in our house and my in laws house. Neither house (mine or my in laws) refers to them.

Should we return the Qurans or keep them? If we must return them what should we do as repentance?

Q: With regards to fatiha after janazah salaah, is it permissible or not?

If it is not permissible and a person attends such a janazah salaah where they will read fatiha, what should be done?

Q: Can Muslim women wear short tops, t-shirts and loose pants at home? Can women wear khimar over t-shirts or tops during salaah?

1. If in namaz, just before saying salaam, either my head is on the right side or left side, if I unintentionally say Allahu akbar and then say salaam, is my namaz valid?

2. If I need to do sajda-e-sahw in this situation, how do I do it? I have alraedy recited attahiyyat, durood and dua and then before salaam I unintentionaly did this.

Q: What is the proper way to wear niqaab? Can the eyes, the eyebrows and half of the forehead show, or only the eyes are permissible to be open?

Q: I am worried that I may have obtained some loans from different people. These loans may range from 1 rupee to 1000 rupees which is not much money. I do not remember if there are any loans on me or not. What do you say about this situation?

Q: Ali is buying something from Ahmed. Ali has 100 rupees and pays 100 rupees but the actual price is 105 rupees. Ahmed says, "okay, next time". Now, this is not much money. It is quite possible that both parties forget about this dealing. What will happen to Ali?
